Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident and comfortable when purchasing from MyCelsius. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, our Returns & Refunds Policy sets out how you can return your product. 


1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
 

  • If you purchased directly from www.mycelsius.com, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product, in line with UK and EU consumer law. However, because we care about your health and happiness, we accept returns within 30 days of the date of delivery

  • To exercise this right, please notify us in writing (by email to hello@mycelsius.co.uk) within 30 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the product to us. 
  • Products must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging. 
  • If the product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect any loss in value, or decline a refund if the product is no longer in a resaleable condition. 

 
2. Returns After 30 Days 

  • If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, returns are only accepted if your product is defective and covered under our 12-month limited warranty

3. Returns Process 

  1. Contact our Customer Care team at hello@mycelsius.co.uk with your:  
  2. Order number  (received by email after purchase) 
  3. Serial number (found on the sticker on the bottom of the product’s packaging box beginning with ‘S/N: XXX-XXXXXX’ 
  4. Reason for return. 
  5. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to send your product back. 
  6. Once received, we will inspect the item and confirm whether your return has been approved. 

 

4. Refunds 

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. 
  • Please note that shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrect. 
  • If a returned item shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund. 

 

5. Exchanges 

  • We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to change your product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order through our website. 

 

6. Shipping Costs for Returns 

  • If you wish to return your product within the first 30 days, we will cover the cost of return shipping within 30 days of delivery.  
  • After 30 days of delivery, for warranty related returns, customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us. If the issue is covered under warranty, MyCelsius will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you. 

 

7. Purchases From Other Retailers 

  • If you purchased a MyCelsius product from an authorised retailer (not directly from our website), please contact them directly to arrange your return in line with their policy. 

 

8. Statutory Rights 

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
